Tools

• drill with mixing spindle attachment
• gloves
• white floor squeegee
• nylon roll
• adhesive tape

Mixing

• Check there is sufficient material available
• Wear clean clothes and overshoes
• Tape off edges
• Remove any fluff or other foreign objects from nylon roll using tape
• Make the floor dust-free

Mix

• Combine the A and B component in the correct proportion (see label)
• add max 0% to 4% anhydrous acetone (note: acetone is flammable…)
• 2 min. mix, low speed

Apply

• Pour max.700 g/m² of product onto the floor
• Spread immediately with a 50 cm roll
• Roll and lift backwards and forwards
• Remove tape sequentially

• Clean with acetone

Additional points of interest

• Do not roll too fast to avoid splashes
• This product cures faster with moisture from the air (on the floor). So don’t pour everything directly on the floor as you would with other epoxy products
• The rapid curing makes the flow limited, which means rolling must be carried out as quickly and as well as possible
• It is possible that a second layer must be laid within 4 hours
