Preparation

• Drill with mixing spindle attachment
• trowel or spreader comb

Application: resin

• Check there is sufficient material available
• Wear clean clothes and overshoes
• Make the floor dust and grease free
• Mask off if necessary
• Avoid spilling the product

Application

• Combine A and B component in the correct proportion (see label)
• Mix for 2 minutes without adding air
• Pour into a clean bucket
• Mix for 1 min. without adding air

Cleaning

• Pour a minimum of 1.5 kg/m² of product onto the floor
• Spread immediately with a comb or trowel
• Rolling with a pin roller is normally not necessary, but it is recommended if the following defects are caused by, for example, poor surface preparation:

• • • • Cratering
      • Small level differences
      • Decreased flow
      • Foaming

This can be done after ±15 min. wearing spiked shoes

• Apply a 2nd layer if desired 24-48 hours after the first layer

Additional points of attention

• Clean with acetone

Disclaimer

Avoid all forms of moisture to prevent foaming:

• Condensation moisture / dew
• Sweat
• Moist ground

Scattering can be done after 20 to 40 min. after placement of the 2the layer but is not recommended due to reduced crack bridging properties.

This can be better achieved by rolling an additional primer coat and sprinkling on top of that
