Tools

• drill with mixing spindle attachment
• Nylon roll
• white window or floor squeegee
• gloves

Mixing

• Wear clean clothes and overshoes
• carefully check the floor is not sticking anywhere
• Before applying, check for stones above the desired surface and, if necessary, loosen them and remove them along with any other loose stones.
• cover the edges with tape
• check if there is sufficient A and B component available (for consumption, see label)

Mix

• check there is sufficient A and B component available (for consumption, see label)
• Weigh A + B
• 3min. mix at low speed
• Scrape walls of mixing container in between

Apply 1st layer

• Apply with the swab:
  • • Pour out some on the floor in a strip
    • Spread this with a transparent or white window squeegee or floor squeegee
    • Thickness can be chosen according to grain size and desired finish
• Narrows:
  • • leave min 10min after wiping
    • use blunt nail shoes or stick coarse sandpaper under a clean shoe to go through the wet layer
    • use a saturated nylon roll of x mm to roll after
      1. • saturate the roller with +/-400g of material in roller tray
    • roll crosswise
    • as the final rolling motion, roll the roller forward without applying pressure. Do not pull the roller back but lift it in a fluid motion so as not to make the roller inserts visible

Apply 2nd layer

• After applying the first coat, wait +/- 2 hrs before applying the second
• Check with gloved hands if the filler is pulling transparent threads. If so, you cannot start this step. Then wait at least 16h to do the 2the layer
• repeat the previous 2 steps

Additional points of attention

• Empty packaging: cured material or if scraped => construction waste, otherwise => chemical waste
• Cleaning tools with acetone

Additional points of interest

• Caution: mixed product reacts quickly in the bucket and can become very hot and cause noxious fumes. Therefore, it is recommended to put the bucket outside if it is not empty after 10 minutes.
