Installation instructions: EPW / EP-FAST PRIMER

Preparation

• drill with mixing spindle attachment
• primerol of nylon rol : paint rollers
• borstel : paintbrushes
• scatter sand :

Mixing

• Measure the moisture content of the substrate: max 5%
• make sure the floor is free of dust and grease and that any loose particles have been removed
• tape the edges to a sufficient height to prevent splashes
• check you have sufficient A & B material (for consumption, see label)

Mixing

• Combine the A and B component in the correct proportion (see label)
• mix for 2 minutes using a drill with mixing spindle attachment
• The primer may be diluted with a maximum of 10% water for flat, non-porous surfaces

Application: scatter

Pour the mixture onto the floor and spread evenly with a primer/nylon roller, or a brush

• Note: If the primer application is too thick, the curing will take longer!

Application: remove excess sand

because this primer is applied very thinly, it is best to scatter with 0.1-0.3 mm fire-dried sand

Clean tools

• after drying (+/- 2 hrs at 20°C) the excess sand

Additional points of attention

• Used rolls cannot be reused.
• Empty packaging: cured material or scrapings => construction waste, otherwise => chemical waste
• Cleaning mixing spindle attachment with water or acetone

Disclaimer

• wait to apply the next layer until this layer has become completely transparent.
• this product has no visible end of pot life. The product remains soft in the bucket for a very long time. However, it is only workable for 1 hour. After this time, the adhesion is not guaranteed
• Note: If the primer application is too thick, the curing will take longer!
