PA-RAPID SEALCOAT

Tools

• drill with mixing spindle attachment
• gloves
• white floor squeegee
• nylon roll
• adhesive tape

Preparation

• Check if there is enough product.
• Wear clean clothing and overshoes.
• Tape off edges and de-lint nylon roll with tape.

Mixing

• Mix the A-component at low speed before mixing
• Add the A- and B-components together in the correct ratio for 1 min.
• Pour some of the mixture into a separate bucket and use this to seal skirting boards and drains.

Substrate check

• Check that the surface is free of grease, dust and dry.
• Check that the bedding floor is sufficiently hard and dry.
• First remove the excess gravel.

Processing

• Tape off the sides, skirting boards and drain holes.
• Then pour out PA-Rapid Sealcoat and spread with a squeegee.
• Remove the masking tape and roll out with an epoxy roller from front to back and lift up
• Remove the tape in sequence

Additional points of interest

• Processing time: Due to the rapid hardening, rolling out PA-Rapid Sealcoat becomes more difficult after max. 15 min. after application. Ensure that there are always less than 15 min. between connections.
• Ideal conditions are a floor and ambient temperature of 18-22°C and humidity between 40% and 60% RH.
• Once the entire floor has been rolled out, the floor may no longer be walked on.
• B-component can be closed again by holding the can upside down for 15 sec. (without loss of properties).

Cleaning tools

• Clean tools with acetone, Cleaner EP or Isopropanol.

Preservation and storage

• Shelf life: 12 months in a closed and original container when stored in a dry and cool place (10-25°C).
