Tools

• 25 cm nylon rol
• nylon stocking
• drill with mixing spindle attachment

Preparation

• Cleaning the floor from dust and grease
• Remove any fluff or other foreign objects from microfibre roller using tape
• Check there is sufficient material available
• Wear clean clothes and overshoes
• Tape off edges

Mix

The PU Topcoat No Scratch can be coloured if desired with Sidec powder pigments.

• Add pigment to resin
• mix with a drill with mixing spindle attachment
• coloured PU sieve with a nylon stocking

Apply

• Saturate roll with ±300 g of product
• Apply evenly crosswise, 100 g/m²
• Every 45min. replace rol
• After 15min. roll with dry 50 cm nylon roll
• Roll backwards and forwards and lift.
• Remove the tape from the PU before curing
• a 2nd may be applied after 24 hours

Cleaning

• Clean with acetone

Additional points of attention

Note:

• Do not roll too fast to avoid splashes
• Do not use in garages (plasticisers from rubber tyres can result in shiny/brown or black spots)
• Ensure adequate ventilation after laying
