Preparation

• drill with mixing spindle attachment
• flat trowels (stainless steel or plastic)
• plant spraye
• gloves

Mixing

• check you have sufficient material (for consumption, see label)

Mixing

• Put the granulates in a mixing tub or compulsory mixer,
• Add the correct percentage (see label) of VA.03 as soon as possible,
• Mix for +/-2 minutes until homogeneous

Clean tools

• apply as a primer coat +/- 400 g pure PU resin on 1 m² (+/- 14 metres of skirting board or +/- 5-6 vertical steps) on the surface with a block brush
• apply the gravel mixture wet-on-wet (i.e. before the primer layer is dry)
• Press/compact well
• Clean trowel or other tools regularly

Additional points of attention

• half-empty packaging: the material can still be stored in closed packaging for the next project, otherwise dispose of as chemical waste.
• Empty packaging: cured material can be removed quite easily from the buckets, it is then considered to be construction waste. Doing this means the buckets can still be reused.
• Clean tools with water

Disclaimer

• Do not use colours with copper pigments (can result in green stains) (ask Sales)
• curing can take up to 48 hours after laying. Heat and ventilate the room well. If required, use a construction dryer.
• Do not use for outdoor applications
