The composition of this anti-slip floor is formed by a transparent epoxy infill layer infused with colored quartz with a grain size of 0.3-0.8mm or 0.8-1.2 mm. The floor is sealed with a transparente epoxy sealer. This produces a uniformly colored non-slip floor. Depending on the grain size of the granules used, a fine or coarse anti-slip effect is obtained.

This floor consists of 3 layers : primer- scattering layer-transparent epoxy sealcoat. The installation height of this system is 2 to 4 mm.

For renovations over an existing tile floor or uneven floors, it is recommended that a leveling coating be applied first to prevent the tile pattern or unevenness from remaining too brightly visible after the floor is installed.

Because the granules are completely encased by epoxy, dirt and water cannot penetrate the floor. This means that the floor protects against slipping even in wet conditions and is therefore ideally suited for various industrial applications such as slaughterhouses, cold stores, fish and other food industries, garages, ... but this system can also be used in the agricultural industry.

• uniform color or a color mix
• encrusted with 0,3-0,8 mm => medium grip: R12/V4
• encrusted with 0,8-1,2 mm => extra grip: R13/V6
